    • Ensure the video is unedited and taken in good lighting.

    • Send the unboxing video via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Initial Review

    • Our customer service team will review the video and details.

    • If your request meets the conditions, we will approve your exchange request.


Exchange Conditions

For your exchange request to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, booklets, and accessories must be intact.

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The exchange is valid only for the same model/design originally ordered.

  • Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only.

  • Exchange approval is subject to our customer service team's discretion.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your exchange request is approved:

  • You are required to send the product back to our return address at your own cost.

After You Ship the Product

Once we receive the returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the product thoroughly.

  2. If the returned item meets our exchange conditions:

  3. If the product does not qualify for exchange upon inspection, it will be sent back to you, and no replacement will be issued.
