💸 Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards, especially concerning intimate wellness products, we do not offer refunds on any order that has been shipped.

However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if your product arrives damaged, we are happy to provide support under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video showing the product issue must be shared.

  • After evaluation, if the product is found defective or damaged, an exchange for the same item will be offered.

  • Once your request is approved by our support team, you will be asked to return the item to our address.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, our team will dispatch a replacement within 3 working days.

💳 Prepaid Order Cancellation Policy

If you've placed a prepaid order and choose to cancel before dispatch, the refunded amount will be issued in the form of Naughty Coins — store credits that hold the same value as your original purchase.

  • These coins can be used for any future purchase on NaughtyMood.

  • Naughty Coins are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
